You meet with an experienced sales consultant who will get to know you and your site and guide you through this process.

The site analysis is a detailed process where we identify what you want and how the unique elements of your block can be used to achieve it. 

Each site is unique regarding many things – slope, orientation, easements, planning requirements, and many other variables. Our unique stie analysis process will help to identify the opportunities and the risks presented by the site. This is the critical first step in establishing how to progress the design

Combing all the things you want from your home, with the opportunities presented by your site, we will have our designers put together a floorplan just for you.

It is important that your home performs the way you want it to. The way you live is unique, but the there are some things that make every home better. A sense of space; connection with the outdoors and a natural flow. We will guide you in relation to optimizing solar orientation; using light and layout to create a sense of space; and how to best achieve what you want in an efficient way.
We need your input…so we encourage you to provide us with your design inspiration.

Our goal is to use good design and planning to achieve everything you want in the most cost-effective way.

It is often difficult to imagine how spaces will work when viewing lines on paper. With our 3D model presentation, we will take you inside and outside your home well before we even think about laying the first brick.

Based on your design inspiration and personal preference, we will create a façade to match your floor plan.

At the end of this process, we will have a complete base design presented as a 3D model and a digital walkthrough of your home.

We will guide you through choosing internal and external color selections, materials, inclusions, and upgrades to put the finishes touches on your custom home. 

With everything selected, we will prepare building proposal which will include a draft contract, as well as everything you need to finalise funding with your finance institution.

The final building contract is prepared and signed by you upon confirmation of finance approval.

Now it is over to us…we will get moving on the final pieces of documentation and approvals so that we can get onto site and start building!
