Step One
Choosing the right home – Select
Choosing a home doesn’t need to be difficult – We take care of all of the hard work and help you to determine what the most suitable house and land package best suits your needs and lifestyle.
We take this one step further having already pre-determined any hidden block specific costs and delivering as an all inclusive package for your peace of mind.
Step Two
Make your home unique – Customise
Building a new home should be fun and we like to think that this is one of the most exciting parts. Choose between our extensive range of pre-determined inclusions, upgrade options, colours, facades and styles. We like to build each home to look unique which is why have put together our selections with plenty of options to choose from our suppliers most popular ranges.
Step Three
Bring your new home to life – Construct
Once all of your selections are finalised and the paperwork is out of the way we start the construction phase. (assuming the land is ready to build on)
Throughout construction we like to get our clients involved and offer previews at selected points throughout the process.
Once construction is complete you will be able to have a full walkthrough of your new home before settlement takes place.
